Privacy notice

RAR Training & Review Services - SMPC collects your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) to register you for training, verify payments, record attendance, deliver your training documents via J&T, and report completions to DOLE as required.

What we collect

Full name, birthdate, sex, address, mobile number, email, company and position, valid ID, 2x2 ID photo, payment proofs, Zoom attendance and training results.

How we protect it

Files are stored in private storage and are only viewable by authorized RAR staff through short-lived links. We never publish your personal data. The public certificate verification page only shows your name, course, training dates and certificate number.

Sharing

We share your details only with DOLE/BWC (as required for accredited OSH training) and with our courier (J&T Express) for delivery of your certificate.

Your rights

You may access and correct your information in your trainee portal, or contact us at rartrainingreviewservices@gmail.com to request a copy, correction or deletion, subject to DOLE record-keeping requirements for completed trainings.
